Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operation several e-Commerce platforms;
• Support sales activities, including order process, delivery, inventory control, sales forecast;
• Handle online pre-sales and post-sales customer service including product enquiries, complaints, replacement and refund;
• Monitor platform account health and deal with ad-hoc issue;
• Assist in developing and executing online sales and marketing strategies;
• Review and analyze reports generated by e-Commerce platforms;
• Monitor data for signs of potential problems in the supply chain such as stockouts or late deliveries, give operations alerts and corrective actions
• Assist any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

To be considered for this excellent opportunity, you will possess:

• Degree Holder in e-Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or any related discipline;
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in e-Commence;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
• Must be organised and possesses strong analytical skills;
• Able to handle multiple projects with good time management;
• Experience in managing different e-Commerce marketplace is an advantage;
• Immediate available is preferred
