Position Summary/Core Responsibilities

• Lead the digital acquisition and retention strategy for customers-facing products, drive revenue in our marketing tools, and be an integral part in growing engagement with Comedi for doctors and patients.

Daily responsibilities can include, but are not limited to:

• Own growth marketing channel strategy and campaign execution, driving engagement and conversion for B2C/ B2B marketing products and features.

• Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand HK and APAC opportunities for growing retention and conversion within the user base 

• Collaborate with many cross functional teams, including Tech, Product and Partnership teams

• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create and implement new, engaging CHI/ ENG health content materials in all pertinent formats

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or above

• Preferred program of Study: Journalism & Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Business Analytics 

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years experience in growth marketing for a digital or tech company, while startup company is a plus

• Able to lead growth marketing channels and drive demonstrable results, owning and achieving core growth KPIs.

• Comfortable with HTML, BigQuery, SQL, and analyzing your own work.

• Understand marketing funnels and know how to optimize and drive each stage for the Health Tech industry.

• Self-sufficient and have a good sense for design, copy, and behavioral psychology.

• A great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike.

• Able to develop marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights.

• Strong personal organization and project management abilities.

• Learning with Agility and able to adapt into everchanging startups environment

Skills and Abilities

• Demonstrable practice writing effective ad copy, social media posts  

• Demonstrable, intermediate level of proficiency with current versions of Adobe Captivate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator

• Proficient in the use of the Google/ MS Suite, Google Analytics, Google Adwords or other relevant ads management tools in a collaborative environment

Doctors or medical professionals can also use artificial intelligence to remotely assess, diagnose and treat patients, and analyze test, laboratory and imaging reports more effectively. COMEDI Health will also establish a blockchain-based storage system for patient data and medical records, so that patient privacy can be kept confidential. Through the development of 5G and the Internet of Things, telemedicine has been able to effectively save medical resources and increase the accuracy of medical care. It can be seen that AI medical care is the focus of future development.
