Responsibilities 職責

• Prepare pre-production, contacting external clients and vendors to ensure livestream run smoothly
  負責與商家對接商品樣本及資料，以及直播前期準備，確保順利開播
• On-site support including reply and interact with the audience and your teammates, and adjust strategies upon request
  負責把控直播過程，參與及回應直播間留言，適時配合團隊活動做策略調整，做好後台監控及觀眾互動
• Analyse the performance of initiatives and provide improvement plans to different parties
  負責整理及分析相關的數據，以供團隊復盤分析，並優化活動運營
• Perform other related duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned
  執行其他被公司委派的臨時任務

• Diploma, and have experience in E-commerce/ Sales/Media Industry
  文憑程度，具有電子商務/零售/媒體行業的工作經驗
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, multi-tasking with good organisational
  具有較強的溝通技巧和表達能力，良好的組織能力
  
• Detail-minded, responsible and finish your work independently
  細心、責任心、能多項任務處理、具有獨立完成工作的能力
  
• Strong analytical skills, analyse related data to improve the user experience and performance for live-streaming
  有一定數據分析能力，有運營邏輯，如內容展現、用戶體驗等等，並根據活動复盤持續精細化運營和優化用戶場景
  
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft applications like Excel, Word, Outlook)
  具有基本電腦操作知識（Microsoft 應用程序: 如 Excel、Word、Outlook）
  
• Occasional overtime work in weekdays or weekends is required
  需要接受晚班及在工作日或週末偶爾加班
