Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead e-Commerce team to achieve sales target;
• Own and manage sales growth throughout all e-commerce channels (especially Amazon), including but not limited to new platform development, order management & fulfilment, order/sales forecast, inventory planning & logistic, promotion arrangement, daily report, and online enquirer handling;
• Maximize ROI and develop promotion plans to support product launch, drive traffic and conversion in line for company’s expansion;
• Responsible for daily e-Commerce operations including inventory management, listing, fulfilment on various channels;
• Collaborate with internal teams to formulate marketing plans and launch new products;
• Ensure customers are being taken care of in business etiquette;
• Prepare analysis and performance reports to management;
• Assist any other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in e-Commerce, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or any related discipline;
• 5 years of relevant working experience in e-Commence, preferably in networking, smart home devices and consumer electronics;
• Enthusiastic & love of consumer electronics;
• Solid experience in driving online traffic and sales;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Experience in managing different e-Commerce marketplace is an advantage;
• Have entrepreneurial mindset and business driven working attitude;
• Must possess strong analytical skills, commercial and strategic thinking as well as good communication skills;
• A good team player, able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment;
• Occasionally travel to Shenzhen office maybe required
