Responsibilities

• Provide the clerical support to daily sales activities, including the preparation of issuing sales order, invoices, sales report and analysis, promotion report, etc.;
• Sales Coordination well with both internal and external parties for all related to delivery issues;
• Record and update project progress and any duties assigned by supervisors
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Form 6 or above;
• 2 years of working experience in sales coordination preferred;
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and good communication skills;
• Cheerful personality, good time management;
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel V lookup, Chinese Word processing & PowerPoint;
• Good command of writing English and Chinese;
