Job Description
We are looking for a passionate IT Procurement Coordinator to join our HK team; managing the whole IT procurement process for all OI offices and some external customers. This role will be on a 4-month contract basis, ideally starting from mid-August 2022.

- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure correct items are ordered and goods are delivered on time
- Manage IT payment, contracts and assets
- Support daily procure-to-pay activities for HK and oversea offices, according to company standard, procedures and policies
- Maintain system record and filing, adhering to internal requirements, including but not limited to PO, delivery, maintenance & repair contract, work log, and inventory
- Keep close contact with vendors and suppliers, assist in vendor sourcing, price negotiation, conduct quotation comparison and costing analysis
- Gather and consolidate requirements internally, work with global project teams to complete project tasks in a high standard
- Assist in preparing budget & costing proposal
- Perform other appropriate duties as assigned
- Possession of 2 years' (or above) relevant experience is preferred
- Diploma or above in Business/Purchasing/Supply Chain or related stream
- Knowledge of IT product and basic accounting principles would be an advantage but not a must
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Basic MS Excel skills
- Reliable, takes initiative and has a positive working attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills, able to multi-task and work under pressure
