Our client, a well-known bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective digital marketing strategy and drive performance-based digital campaigns to meet business targets, including but not limited to lead generation, customer acquisition, product and channel usage, etc.  
• Own and build digital marketing roadmap covering various digital platforms including websites (UI/UX, customer journey), social media, paid media, mobile apps, etc.
• Develop social media strategy, manage the Bank’s social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and WeChat official accounts for segment penetration and customer conversion
• Develop and manage websites (include minisites) with optimized SEO, SEM to boost site traffic and ranking
• Provide regular analysis, reports, dashboards on campaign performance, program effectiveness to optimize campaign results and maximize revenue growth
• Share best practice and competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify business potential and develop program improvement plans

• Degree holder preferably in Marketing, e-Commerce, or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience gained from digital marketing field, e-business or digital agency
• Proven track record in digital optimization, social media, technology trends and market best practice
• Sound knowledge in paid media, social content management, website UI/UX, digital footprint & roadmap, and tracking tools including Google Analytics, Google Adwords, etc.
• Creative, and passionate in digital marketing with strong logic and marketing sense
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
