Responsibilities :

• Implement marketing strategies and plans to build brand awareness, drive traffic and conversion, and to achieve business targets for different marketing campaigns. 
• Collaborate with different departments to initiate and launch integrated and data-driven marketing communications campaigns, manage project priorities and internal teams for better business performances.
• Create and execute campaigns via content development, social media activities, viral marketing, paid digital media, KOL management, SEO/SEM, etc. Explore new and effective digital marketing channels / tools for advertising & promotion opportunities. 
• Developing content & posts in different digital assets, especially social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) with brand standard and deliver quality digital experiences to drive customer engagement and campaign performances. Manage social media calendar and monitor campaign activities and customer feedback in all channels.
• Manage e-commerce platforms and company website.
• Public Relations & Press Management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related business field
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field
• Holder of relevant beverage and wine qualifications such as WSET is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills and passion to drive business growth.
• Ability to think creatively and pragmatically
• Excellent project management skills and broad interests that allow you to create multi-disciplinary environments that inspire and motivate others
• Eager to learn new stuff and take up challenges to have assigned tasks completed under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Knowledge in graphic and design software is an advantage
• **Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assitant Manager.
