We are a young and dynamic eCommerce company that designs, manufactures, and sells our own brand of consumer products (mainly smart home products and camera accessories) in the US, Canadian, and European markets. More than 60% of our sales come from online marketplaces (mainly Amazon, Target, and Best Buy).

Who We Are Seeking

We’re looking for a Senior Walmart e-Commerce Manager who can manage and grow the company's entire Walmart operations in the US, Canada, and various smaller marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of Walmart related eCommerce experience and a rigorous understanding of Walmart Seller Center, Walmart Fulfillment Services, and Walmart Advertising. You should have a track record of successfully managing Walmart stores generating at least 5m USD in revenue.

About This Role 

  • Grow the sales revenue of our Walmart USA and Canada stores

  • Be responsible for the delivery of all Walmart targets

  • Serve as a key contact for all Walmart related activity and lead daily operations of the Walmart business to maintain profitability, sales growth, and customer satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain product pages and sales forecast, manage the customer service relationship and monitor seller rating

  • Articulate the key needs of Walmart back to the broader business unit and organization

  • Identify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars

  • Provide direction, management, motivation, and coaching to your team

You Should Have

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology or related field

  • Five years of eCommerce experience; Walmart experience required

  • Demonstrated track record of increasing e-Commerce revenue via Walmart in an Omni-channel business model

  • Strong website and consumer analytic skills, including the ability to link site design and features to strategic objectives and the ability to use the data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.

  • Strong communications skills, with the ability to communicate across the entire organization

  • Creativity, with an eye to develop new and innovative solutions

  • The ability to work successfully across multiple business functions and be a strong team player
