Responsibilities:

• Provide daily administrative and clerical support to all retail shops;
• Handle e-shop updates, orders and delivery arrangements;
• Coordinate with internal departments and shops to execute the promotional programs and support in marketing activities;
• Prepare operational analysis and reports;
• Support in system update ensuring accurate information at all times
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of working experience especially in retail or telecommunication industry is an advantage;
• Solid operation support experience is an advantage;
• Customer-oriented with effective interpersonal and communication skill;
• Good team player, positive attitude, flexible and supportive to handle departmental tasks;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
• Proficient in using MS Office;  
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Assistant; 
• Immediate availability is preferred
