Job Responsibilities

• Plan and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the brand and products
• Prepare and analyze eShop statistics, weekly and monthly sales and traffic data report
• General operations follow up including product listing, pricing, inventory update and product text editing
• Work closely with the external agent to expand and manage the marketplace e.g. HKTV Mall
• Provide online customer service, manage the customers’ inquiries, handle online orders and arrange delivery to customers
• Provide operational support in marketing and sales promotional campaigns
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in e-commerce, Marketing, Digital Marketing or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, FMCG field preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Dynamic and creative to cope with the fast-paced working environment
• Positive thinking, self-driven and with strong marketing sense and business acumen
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
