We are now seeking a high caliber candidate to join our core banking implementation project.  As a Product Analyst, your duties will include supporting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from various workstreams including Current Account / Savings Account, Deposits, Clearing and/or Loans or other major banking products.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and project managers in liaising between various business units and implementing project management to achieve business goal
• Perform business analysis through working with different stakeholders to document requirements and associated use cases, outline problems and identify stakeholders' needs so as to thoroughly define and represent the mandated functionality and results
• Analyse business requirements and design solutions/new process flows to address business problems on specific banking products, in the field of Current Account / Saving Account, Deposits, Payment and Collection (Clearing), and/or Loans
• Identify, document and communicate possible gaps in business requirements, and at times collaborate with other Analysts to provide appropriate recommendation / solution options
• Prepare test plan and execute cases for SIT and provide support to users in UAT test execution
• Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Management, Finance or other related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of business analysis experience in the banking industry.  Experience in Commercial/Corporate Banking will be an advantage.
• Hands-on experience or previously worked in a capacity of Customer Service or Loans Service, especially in the field of Current Account / Saving Account; Time Deposit and Clearing processes with HKICL
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, accountability and willing to learn
• Interested in transitioning career into project based environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

(Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Product Analyst.)
