Our client provides high technology systems on energy and automation with big data at all levels for all types of buildings in different industries to better utilize and manage customer’s building

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overall coordination of ELV, BMS and Automation projects

· Lead the project team and efficiently allocate resources to fulfil different projects’ target and standard

· Ensure the projects can be completed timely, efficiently, safely and professionally

· Define project scope and objectives

· Manage system design and prepare submission materials

· Liaise and coordinate with all related parties (including clients, sales team, consultants, partners and contractors) to ensure project delivers smoothly

· Conduct project testing & commissioning and make sure smooth project delivery to client

· Develop project documentation to improve the consistency and efficiency of project delivery

· Handle other designated tasks as required by the Company

· Manage engineers for on-site field work and client communication

· Report to management on project status

Requirements

· At least 5 years’ experience in project management

· Degree or above in Building Services Engineering (BMS) related disciplines with professional qualification preferable.

· Strong knowledge in ELV/ BMS/ Automation and networking solution

· Strong attention to detail, high flexibility, well-organized technique in project planning

· Excellent communication & coordination skills and strong sense of responsibility

· Strong problem solving & analytical ability

· Customer focused and team orientated

· Ability to work under pressure independently to meet multiple tasks and tight deadline

· Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Immediate available is highly preferred
