Job Responsibilities:
- Establish professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts;
- Maintain and update customer profile including customer contract, rate file, contact list, SOP, OM;
- Conduct regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and to uncover new opportunities for service improvements, retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customer;
- Understand customers’ business, industry and sector through regular customer communication; applies that knowledge to identify new opportunities; and
- Conduct effective negotiation and sales strategies in discussing pricing and selling solutions with the customer.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years working experiences in freight forwarding/logistics industry;
- Strong customer service skills, patient and proactive to build relationship with customers;
- Good problem-solving skills and organizational skills and attention to details;
- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; and
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
