• Work with management to create customer segmentation and data strategy to drive value in marketing from online tradeshows to eCommerce.
• Propose and deliver relevant customer segmentation frameworks for marketing promotions including audience lists for online and offline campaigns.
• Build customer insights for business actions across business units
• Drive physical and online marketing events and attendance thru various online and offline promotion channels.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for content marketing opportunities.
• Compile reports to analyse program and campaign effectiveness to drive constant improvements.

• Degree holder in marketing, business analysis, or other related field
• 6-8 years’ experience in marketing and database management
• Tradeshows related work experience preferred
• Hands on experience with CRM or database systems
• Excellent marketing sense especially in B2B trading business and customer segmentation
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
