Our client is a renowned e-commerce platform which connects millions of buyers and sellers around the world. The company is now looking for an Account Manager to support the business growth of the team. 

About the job:

• Build long term relationship and support large sellers to expand their e-Commerce business
• Respond to clients’ requests in a professional manner and work with internal teams to resolve clients’ issues
• Internally promote sellers, develop share of traffic.
• Ensure company’s HK business objectives are met through market analysis, project planning and execution
• Compile sales performance reports & market insights to share with the team regularly

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum of two-year experience in sales and key account management
• Working knowledge of online business, e-Commerce trading platform or Cross Border Trade sector is preferred
• Customer-oriented with excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and selling skills
• Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver results
• Acute sense of market and online trends and customer needs with strong analytical mind
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
• Good numeric sense, data driven mindset, preferably well-versed in analytical reporting tools, e.g. Tableau
