Responsibilities:

• Participate in full project life cycle: requirement collection, project planning, scheduling, vendor management, UAT and launch planning.
• Collaborate with I.T. teams and business units to develop business requirements and business processes for software products to meet business objectives;
• Communicate and document the business requirements, business processes and use cases;
• Prepare system documents such as functional requirement specification;
• Review system design to ensure the functional design meets expectation of business requirements;
• Build traceable testing matrix to certify the software products with defined acceptance requirements;
• Develop test plans / test scenario, conduct testing and quality assurance.
• Assist various business stakeholders by providing training
• Manage change requests and conflicting requirements from business to ensure success
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of junior business analysts.

Qualifications:

• Possesses a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines  
• At least 6 years of relevant experience on preparing business requirements for software products
• Preferably with knowledge about I.T. related discipline and recognized qualification on Business Analyst
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• A team player with good interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience working in digital agency or SI vendor will be a plus
• Knowledge in App development will be a plus

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines
