Overview
Our client is looking for an Online Sales Assistant (Japanese speaker also welcome) to join their team.
JOB DUTIES
- Perform customer services in replying enquiries, after-sales services
- Take photos and upload to online shopping websites
- Issue invoice, bill lading/AWB and related documents
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above
- Good command of English and Mandarin, knowledge of Japanese is a plus!
- Good in Chinese & English word processing
- Interested in brand products and fashion
- Fresh graduate is also welcome!
- Immediate available is preferred
PACKAGE
- Double pay
