Job Description
- To formulate overall digital strategy for the company
- Responsible for the P&L and formulate strategy to achieve the KPIs
- Lead digital acquisition team to acquire new customer with optimization of digital ad placements, SEM & SEO performance
- Formulate and execute digital engagement strategies for loyalty engagement and customer retention
- Drive Social media strategy to promote Company’s brand and drive customer engagement
- Drive the Company APPS & website content strategies and optimize the user experience with data tagging
- Monitor the continuous improvement of various e-portals including traffic, drop-out rate, closing rate, turnaround time, etc.
- Align the synergy of the corporate branding strategy
- Ensure digital sales activities comply and fulfill regulatory requirements and protect the best interest of customers and company
- Monitor the usage of digital platforms and prepare competitors’ benchmarking and analysis
- Coach and guide the team to execute the end-to-end activities effectively
Job Requirements:
- University graduate with major in e-commerce, business administration, marketing and related discipline
- Minimum 10 years’s working experience, with 8 years digital marketing experience in leadership or management role from client-side. Solid experience in pension, insurance, banking, Finance & also Fintech industry
- Solid experience in planning & executing digital sales projects
- Experience in gamification of Fintech industry is a plus
- Proficiency in computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word-processing
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, SEM, SEO
- Proficiency in AEM, CJA (AA), AT\ & AJO (Campaign)
- Good presentation and communications skills in English & Chinese
