Job Description
Responsibilities:
l Participant and manage the CS team to provide qualified ONLINE after-sales services to our high value customers;
l To touch base with HV customers and increase the sales profit through corporate messengers software IN CHINESE (NO COLD CALLS REQUIRED);
l Prepare monthly Team performance reports to the Management;
l Assign the Shifts for the Team and prepare their monthly KPI bonus report.
Requirements:
l Degree holder;
l Sounds CHINESE online expression ability as well as typing skills;
l Willing to work on Shifts (Mondays-Fridays only per week and public holidays);
l Knowledge and interest in finance industry, candidates with relevant experience would be advantage;
l 2-3 years in Supervisory grade from CS Team required.
