Responsibilities:

• Bring nice edutainment experiences to kids and families
• Handle daily operational tasks of shop, e.g. bookings, payments, play-zones management, etc.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints in shop
• Provide support on programs and event recruitments
• Assist in preparing activity materials and class contents
• General work such as data entry, stock control etc.
• Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

• Over 1 year operation / hospitality / customer service experience preferably in kids experience
• Fresh graduated will also be considered
• College graduate or equivalent
• Early childhood certificate, Studies in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage
• Outgoing and good communication skills with parents and kids
• A good team player
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Required to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
