Responsibilities:

-  Develop, coordinate and implement youth programs align with organization mission.

- Maintain good relationship with young people and provide facilitation to achieve youth empowerment.

-  Formulate solution to meet teachers and schools to achieve quality education and maintain good relationship.

-   Prepare programme related work as required by supervisor.

-   Assist to initiate and draft funding applications and bidding proposals.

-   Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-   Degree holder or above. 

-   2 years or above relevant experiences, preferably in education, youth or community work in NGOs.

-   Candidate with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Education Officer.

-   Candidate with experience in education sector, group work or youth coaching will be an advantage.

-    Proficient in MS Office.

-    Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

-    Passionate about youth development and enjoy team and community work.

-   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.

-    Willing to work on shift and public holidays.

-    Working location at Aberdeen.

-   Required to conduct the Sexual Conviction Record Check due to work nature.
