Background

Our client is a HK Education non-profit organisastion that seeks to transform the education sector by facilitating professional development of educators and change management of schools. Its new initiative “Cultivating Leadership in Education” will include local, monthly convenings amongst participants, as well as study trips abroad.

 The Role

Reporting to Senior Management, the Program Manager will lead the project planning and liaison activities, working closely with various stakeholders including participants, academic institutions and other program partners. The successful candidate should be a self-starter, open-minded and with outstanding interpersonal, project management and communication skills.

 Responsibilities

• Manage multiple stakeholders from local and overseas, during program development, delivery and evaluation stages
• Closely monitor and follow up with all program-related activities, acting as the first point of contact for any issues and enquiries
• Involve in program design and refinement process, ensuring the overall coherence and impact of the initiative
• Facilitate communication amongst participants to translate learnings into practice and identify collaboration opportunities
• Responsible for disseminating information (e.g. write-ups, social media posts) amongst stakeholders

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Communication or Education-related disciplines
• 8+ years of experience in people/leadership development, design and delivery of learning/leadership programs
• Exposure to the Hong Kong education sector is an advantage but not mandatory
• Excellent communication skills in English & Chinese, both written and verbal
• Willing to work with virtual teams and calls outside of normal working hours
• Able to travel when required
