My client, a global pharmaceutical company with high quality standard in drugs development to improve patient quality of life.  Currently, they are looking for a potential “Librarian (Research & information management)” to join their Medical Affairs team.

 Responsibilities:   

• Conduct advanced technical searches by identifying, analyzing, synthesizing, and delivering published literature and data to internal stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with other relevant departments in further enhancement of the medical research information system 
• Construct and maintain strong relationship with stakeholders by deep understanding of client needs and insightful information solutions. 
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to develop and conduct scholarly trainings.  

Requirements:   

• Bachelor or above and a recognized professional qualification in Library Science and Information Management (such as MLIS or MLS or equivalent)  
• 3+ years working experience in Librarian, Data and information management  
• Familiar in information search with biomedical electronic resources, databases and solutions (such as Medline, Embase).  Experience with conducting systematic literature review is a plus. 
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a must.  Japanese language skill is a plus.
