Essential Requirements:
 Native Level English speaker with excellent verbal and written English language skills;
 Bachelor’s degree or higher degree;
 Teaching Certification/ Qualification;
 An effective teaching practitioner;
 Competent in the use of ICT and software/hardware based teaching resources
 A proven ability to bring about improvements in the quality of teaching and learning
 across a curriculum area that results in improved outcomes for students;
 Strong working knowledge of an international curriculum esp. on American common core;  Committed to the protection and safeguarding of children;
 Passionate and ambitious about the success of School;
 An effective communicator;
 Experience of teaching children for whose English is an additional language is preferred;
Job Requirements:
 Work time: Full-time, at least 20 classes per week, average 40 working hours per week;
 Language: Native Speaker of English only
 Job Location: Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China

Salary and Benefits:
 28,000-40,000 RMB per month before tax;
 Annual flight tickets reimbursement;
 Housing allowance 3000 RMB for single teacher and 5,000 RMB for teachers who have a family here;
 Paid vacation;
 Work visa support;
 5 paid days leave;
 Medical Insurance 20000 RMB outmost per year;
 3 Free meals for working days;
