• Make trial appointments for potential customers on phone or social media platforms;
• Excite potential customers with text communication and conduct the necessary follow-up;
• Reflect market trends and customers needs;
• Deliver good customer service to meet customer satisfaction;
• Performing high quality customer analysis and recommend suitable Piano course to our customers;
• Update customer records and track sales;
• Pitch ideas for improving Customer Care according to customer trends and preferences;
• Other tasks assigned;
• Shift duty is required.

• Form 6 graduate or above;
• 3 years of work experience required with customer service and sales experiences preferred;
• Good comprehension and written communication skills;
• Disciplined performance;
• Detail-minded, Customer-focused, People-oriented, Patient, Cheerful and Positive;
• Proficient in MS Office and Cantonese Chinese verbal communication and word processing;
• Immediate availability and sales experience are preferred.
