Job Description
We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our School as Personal Assistant to the Principal to start immediately.
Job Duties
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support to Principal including but not limited to diary management, meetings, taking minutes, draft correspondences, etc.
- A communicator between the faculty staff and Principal
- Assist in day to day operations of the High School, including administrative organization of parent-teacher conference, assemblies, school events, etc.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
- Formal secretarial training with at least 3 years or above related work experience.
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
- Proficient with Mac-OS.
- Detail-oriented, presentable and well-organized.
- Able to work independently and multi-task with minimal supervision.
