Temporary Clerk (Ref: 22001FG)

Major Duties and Responsibilities

The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

• handling printing of course materials
• assisting packing and mailing of course materials
• providing frontline/customer service;
• performing general clerical duties; and
• performing any other duties as assigned.

Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence: 

• at least 5 subjects with Level 2 in HKDSE or equivalent, including English & Chinese Languages and Mathematics;
• good communication skills in English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua is an advantage); and
• good computer skills.

Terms and Conditions for Appointment

Successful candidate will be appointed on a temporary full-time contract.  Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
