• Handle front desk reception duties including answering telephone calls and messaging enquiries.
• Attend to walk-in customers and accompany parents on campus and facilities tour.
• Respond to and follow up on course enquiries and requests for brochures.
• Assist with the student enrolment process and student information update.
• Provide customer service support for students and parents.
• Assist in the preparation of reports.
• Assist and support general administrative activities and ad-hoc tasks as required.

• A recognised degree in  Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
• Customer-oriented with a responsible, patient, and caring attitude
• Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
• Resourceful and can work independently as well as in teams
• Flexible and adaptable with a “hands-on” and “can-do” attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Must be able to type in Chinese.
