Responsibilities:

• Supervise technical staff to perform day-to-day operations & maintenance works, fitting-out work and project management in designated residential buildings
• Plan and coordinate the repair & maintenance, modification & installation works, plant operation and fit-out work in all stages
• Handle all technical enquiries raised by tenants and resolve all technical problems
• Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Possession of Membership of MHKIE/ MHKIS / RICS / BSOMES or equivalent professional qualifications and building operation and maintenance related societies is preferred
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in operation and maintenance, contracting works and energy management
• Well versed in related laws and regulations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office applications and AUTOCAD
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
•  Working Location: Tai Po District
