About our Client

Our client is a Hong Kong listed Conglomerate with diverse business in Hong Kong and Asia Pacific. They are now looking for an Engineer to join their team to manage their office and a storey of warehouse regular operation and maintenance works.

About the Role

• Lead a team of frontline staff to handle routine maintenance works for the buildings, e.g. Air conditioning cleaning, fire service inspection etc
• Prepare tendering and quotation documents for external parties, e.g. consultants and contractors
• Supervise contractors and consultants performance to ensure projects will be completed on time and align company's standard
• Review and prepare to improve and renovate potential facilities and projects

The successful applicants

• Diploma holder or above in Engineering, Building Services or related disciplines
• 5 years' or above experience in office or industrial maintenance
• Candidates from Technician background are welcome
• Independent, good communication skills, able to work under pressure
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office
