Job Description
- Higher Diploma / Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering, or equivalent;
- Possess 8 years working experience with minimum 4 years experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Inspector;
- Possess experience in residential development; experience in MTR topside development is preferable;
- Experience in one of the following fields will also be an advantage; - M&E Installations in Public Transport Interchange (PTI) - M&E Installations for Swimming Pools
- Be able to work independently and have strong communication skills; and
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
