What you are in charge of:

• Carry out day-to-day procurement activities
• Undertake end-to-end procurement work on purchase categories/projects assigned including but not limited to sourcing suppliers, evaluation of suppliers, negotiation, contract award preparation and vendors’ performance monitoring
• Source new vendors and negotiate for competitive price
• Ensure proper delivery of orders, implement procurement process of all goods and services
• Assist in preparing the data for procurement analysis and reporting
• Assist in conducting initial supply market landscaping and materials pricing trend / forecast
• Perform any other duties as assigned           

What you offer:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management / Purchasing or related engineering disciplines
• Minimum of 4 years' of related experience
• Project / construction industry experience is preferred (e.g. Electrical & Mechanical installation services, civil works, etc.)
• Good knowledge of procurement procedures and requirements (e.g. RFQ, tendering, invoice management, etc.)
• Self-motivated, strong problem-solving capability with good sense of critical thinking and analytical mind
• Pleasant and outgoing personality with strong sense of responsibility
• Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
• A good team player
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
