Responsibilities
- Assist Manager to assure the integrity & maintenance of Manufacturer’s Requirements (MR), maintenance manuals, job plans, attraction engineering component lists, quality manual and policy.
- Assist Manager in Quality Audit on engineering documents including drawings, MR, maintenance manual for compliance to Disney and Industrial & Statutory Requirements, by conducting field and desk audit. Manage audit corrective actions by working with engineering teams.
- Participate technical investigations on attraction downtimes and major incidences; problem resolution; engineering enhancement; reliability improvement
- Maintain integrity of attraction component procurement quality system by following Disney attractions components procurement standards.
- Assist Manager to coordinate the Annual Ride Inspection (Annual Survey in Hong Kong Disneyland)
- Perform research, standardization and re-standardization for Federal Supply Classifications to be transmitted to the Parts Master system, and further transmitted to SAP by following department procedures.
- Provide engineering parts information to the engineers, production, planning and park maintenance personnel to accurately configure engineering Bills of Material.
- Interface with engineers to obtain drawing, part, and manufacturing information to appropriately assign Federal Supply Classifications, interface with vendors to obtain catalog information.
- Bachelor degree holder of Engineering in Mechanical, Manufacturing, System Engineering, Electrical, Electronic or related.
- Minimum post-qualification with 2 years’ experience, with at least 1 year experience in engineering project, machinery installation and test & commissioning or completion of first year of engineer scheme or equivalent.
- Sound knowledge with engineering and machinery design.
- Experience in Quality System / Engineering Audit is benefit.
- Good command of written and fluent in spoken English and Chinese.
