Responsibility
- Conduct product testing to define and verify product and performance requirements;
- Lead the team to handle the product prototype testing and project management independently;
- Carry out duties in accordance with quality and environmental management system, health and safety policies and procedures, report any potential risk and problem to immediate supervisor;
- Supervise junior engineers in terms of work allocation, training, and problem resolution.

Requirement
Academic Level: M.Phil. degree holder or above
Field of Study: Electronics engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Applied Science
Years of experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic product prototype testing with team supervision experience.
*Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Testing Engineer
- Aggressive, Self-motivated, cost-conscientious, well-organized and result-oriented;
- Strong analog electronic or mechanical background for good problem solving skill with analytical mindset;
- Good written and spoken communications skills related to technical approaches, work performed, test results, and findings;
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent command of spoken/written Chinese, English and Mandarin;
- Excellent teamwork in a dynamic project environment.
