Job Description
This is a newly created headcount to lead our Facility and Administration of Vita Green Taipo Headquarters, and be accountable for all property management activities for all areas and HVAC. You will be leading a team of office administrations, engineers, technicians and cleaners to perform your day to day duties. You are also required to review and prepare SOPs to ensure all our facilities and utilities are in good condition. As part of the role, you will be also helping to plan and participate in projects to enhance our current equipment and utilities.
If you are...
- A Bachelor's Degree holder in Building Service Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines or above.
- Ideally having 5 years or above of GMP or HACCP experience in manufacturing (at managerial or supervisory level) in food industry or pharmaceutical.
- Equipped project management experience in food production or pharmaceutical plant construction is highly preferred.
- Excellent in communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills.
- A highly self-motivated and good team player.
