• According to the development plan and goal determined by the Group, organize and formulate the medium and long-term strategic plan, and report it to the management for consideration
• Preparing, organizing and implementing the company's annual business plan, target and financial budget plan
• Organizing and participating in the formulation of major financial matters such as the investment plan, asset plan, and implementation after the approval of the management
• Optimizing the company's internal organization and operational setup plan, reporting and implementing after management approval
• Responsible for designing and implementing the company's internal management plan, including human resources, administration, business and financial management
• Upon the requirements of the Group, we are optimizing the management organization, training, and uniting the company's operation and management team, leading the company for team management, incentive, and career development after the authorization and approval by the Group.
• According to the authorization by the Group, responsible for the operation and management of the company and achieving the annual business goals
• Responsible for the management of the company, business coordination, process improvement, production organization and safety management
• Coordinate all the related affairs of various affiliated companies, including raw material procurement, product sales, domestic parts procurement, etc
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering, Import/Export Trading, Manufacturing or other related disciplines
• 8 years solid work experience in the scrap metal or related industry with which 3 years' work experience in GM or managerial grade, preferably in the renewable industry
• Familiar with the market situation of scrap metal recycling, understand the industrial market situation and the status of competitors, and able to analyze the pros and cons of the company's business
• Proficiency in business process and system optimization, familiar with the advantages and disadvantages of business processes and systems
• Familiar with MS office
• Good in speaking and writing English and Mandarin,
• Familiar with the business practice and policies, industrial-related regulations and related ordinances in Hong Kong
• Excellent leadership, good in industrial network, proactive and strength in crisis management
• A problem solver, hardworking and able to work under pressure
