Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare for costing, tender estimation, tendering procurement, and subcontractor monitoring
- Prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and statutory submission
- Assist the Project Manager/Project Engineer in overall project operations, co-ordination and handover
- Liaise with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors ensure smooth operation of the project
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Division Head
Requirement
- Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Proactive, good communication and a good team player
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of PC skills and AutoCAD
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
