Major Responsibilities

• Responsible for formulating annual cost reduction strategy, cost analysis and evaluation
• Manage supplier selection process
• Manage supply risk and contingency plan
• Develop long-term relationship with suppliers and lead supplier development programs
• Identify potential opportunity of cost saving with best support service by vendors
• Drive continuous improvement for Procurement function through analysis and market benchmarking

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related discipline
• 10 - 15 years’ sourcing experience in electronics / mechanical field, with solid experience in product development, costing, sourcing and supplier management
• Effective negotiation and influential skills
• Proficient in MS office, MRP or MRPII or other software operations
• Familiar with Electronics parts, such as IC, MCU, IGBT, Diode, Transistor, etc.
  Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
