• Lead a team to provide site support and fix system faults.
• Monitor lift and escalator performance remotely through digital devices.
• Identify potential risks and recommend constructive solutions for existing technical problems.
• Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues and recommend long term solutions to enhance product liability.
• Prepare trouble shooting analysis / incident investigation reports.
• Collaborate with design engineers to develop retrofit products.
• Conduct trial tests and feasibility studies for improvement solutions.
• Implement Company new technology, such as Internet of Things (IoT), cloud-based applications and mobile apps, to enhance operational efficiencies.
• Ensure Company Safety and Ethics guidelines and Government code requirements are fully complied in the field operations.

 We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Electrical Engineer.
• Team player for group projects and passionate in problem solving.
• Good time management skills and able to meet deadlines.
• Eager to learn, self-driven, logical, analytical and detail minded.
• Capable of understating basic wiring diagrams and instructions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
