Responsibilities: 

• Member of an engineering team in dealing with day-to-day building services operations (specialized in Electrical, Extra Low Voltage – ELV, Lift & Escalator Systems) and planned maintenance works
•  Assist in the planning, formulation and implementation of preventive maintenance programme
•  Manage and monitor work progress of A&A and improvement works, control expenses of CAPEX for systems upgrade as well as ensure the reliability of building services systems
•  Prepare tender documents and analysis as well as handle relevant tendering procedures
•  Review the existing maintenance standards and policies, monitor contractors’ workmanship and work progress
•  Liaise and coordinate with relevant stakeholders including tenants, designers, contractors, consultants and Government departments

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience of which 2 years at supervisory level
• Chartered Engineer and/or Corporate Member of HKIE / CIBSE / BSOMES / IET, etc. an advantage
• Valid holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B
• Able to work independently and of good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Project
