Job Description

• Act as project leader at supplier: Technical / quality contact for dedicated PCB supplier in Printed Circuit Board (PCB)  material group (high complexity)
• Execution of purchasing strategic plan such as new PCB supplier development, technology development with PCB supplier, change management.
• Application of defined Q measures with supplier and monitor PCB supplier performance
• Planning, coordination and implementation of complex analyses of escalated Q problems at PCB supplier plant
• Analyze quality data and work out concepts for Q improvements with PCB supplier
• PCB failure investigation techniques such as x-section, SEM/ EDX, FTIR, etc.
• PCB Technology: support internal development
• Technology release with PCB supplier
• Organize of PCB supplier and sub-supplier visits, e.g. technical  discussions or process analysis  on side at supplier.
• Follow up of responsible Open Point List based on audits, technical discussions and Q claims
• Technical reporting & presentation skill for management/ work level audience

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Chemistry / Engineering
• At least 5 years working experience in PCB manufacturing and with PCB manufacturing engineering/ quality background – MLB and HDI
• Extensive knowledge in PCB manufacturing technology, PCB quality control tool/ technique, PCB reliability testing and market trend for PCB business
• Familiar with quality core tools like FMEA, PPAP, Problem solving technique-8D, Statistic Process Control
• Knowledge of ISO 9000, IATF16949, VDA6.3, ISO 14001, RoHS, 6-sigma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoints
• Good presentation skill
• Full command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
