Job Description & Responsibilities: 

• Resolve system, process, and equipment problems to improve and sustain present manufacturing production to increase productivity;
• Creates and maintains project plans and schedules, and ensures the project requirements are defined and meet the project’s objectives;
• Supervise daily operations of services provider of facility management and plant maintenance;
• Develops and implement EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) plans and prepare related reports, including ESG and incident reports;
• Develops company plans and systems that include 5R of materials, increased energy efficiency and reduction of carbon emission.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline is preferred;
• 1-2 years of related working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred;
• Experience in ISO9001/ISO14001/ISO45001/IATF16949;
• Knowledge of industry 4.0 and sustainable development, and well knowledge of project management;   
• Well versed in related EHS regulations and standard;
• Knowledge of preparing ESG report, good experience in facilities management;
• Highly motivated with good interpersonal skill;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese with spoken Mandarin.
