Qualification & Requirement:

• Degree or above in engineering-related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in property management industry, preferably in managing large-scale maintenance, renovation, fit-out projects and supervising technical staff members in multi-technical disciplines.
• Holder of Chartered Engineer (CEng) with Corporate Membership of HKIE, CIBSE or IET under the discipline of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
• With good organizing and communication skills, and be able to work under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• 4-year contract.

Job Duties:

• Work closely with Property Project Team to ensure that the design of building and building services systems of new properties meet the required standards in terms of reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.
• Undertake system testing and commissioning works before and during property handover to accomplish the smooth and reliable operations of building facilities.
• Plan, organize, direct and control of multi-disciplinary technical activities in a safe, reliable, cost effective and quality driven manner for managing and operating large-scale commercial properties with development and formulation of technical strategies and procedures for efficient and effective management control, etc.
