Responsibilities:

• Supervise field service team including mechanics & trainees to implement an efficient field service program for cold drink equipment
• Assist the Cold Drink Equipment Service Manager to develop and handle special projects
• Maintain a good communication with customers as well as our internal sales department to facilitate the equipment installation, withdrawal & replacement process
• Communicate and work closely with workshop supervisor / team leader and other level of staff to improve the technical performance of various equipment & reflect various equipment performance in the market
• Act as an instructor to provide necessary training to different staffs within the department.
• Communicate both internally and externally with customers, colleagues & suppliers to know the cold drink equipment performance & hence improve the service efficiency
• Ensure customer satisfaction towards the customer service program and carry out corrective actions if any discrepancies are found
• Suggest improvements for upgrading the service efficiency of the in-plant operation of field service activities

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in Electronics & Electrical / Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred
  
• At least 5 years of experience in engineering and maintenance management with at least 1 year in managing a team
• Knowledge of engineering, equipment servicing and quality control (ISO22000 and food safety training is a plus)
• Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade R / A) is preferred
• Always be thinking of how to improve process to be more efficient
• Ability to provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
• Change management and project management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
• HK Driving License 2 is preferred

• 為提升外勤服務效率的廠內運營協調提出改進建議

• 電子與電機/機械或製造工程高級文憑/證書者優先
• 至少5年的工程和維護管理經驗，至少1年的團隊管理經驗
• 工程、設備維修和質量控制知識（ISO22000和食品安全培訓為加分項）
• 持有電業工程人員註冊證書(R / A級)者優先
• 時刻在思考如何改進流程以提高效率
• 能夠為團隊成員提供領導、指導和帶領
• 優秀的人際關係和溝通技巧；團隊合作者
• 良好變革管理和項目管理技能
• 良好的英語和粵語書面和口語能力
• 香港駕駛執照2優先
