My client is a large scale engineering company and they are now looking for a Quality Manager to standardize the system set up and doing internal audit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audit on business units, projects and sites, report the audit findings and prepare audit report
• Monitor, maintain and enhance the Total Quality Management System to upgrade and improve the processes and systems to ensure superior quality products
• Provide support to local office in regard to the Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System
• Assist the CEO in establishing and improving of policies, systems, programs and initiatives to ensure compliance with relevant standards and requirements of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System
• Establish and maintain statistical database for showing the trend of quality performance
• Provide in-house trainings to maintain high awareness on the requirements of related management system
• Review and improve service operation procedure (SOP) on a regular basis
• Prepare annual budget and perform budget control
• Initiate Risk Assessments and develop corrective and preventive action plans to enhance quality performance
• Reinforce workflow guidelines to clarify roles and responsibilities and enhance collaboration with all related parties to ensure effective execution
• Standardize the procedure, e.g. tendering process, for all operations
• Ongoing process of detecting and reducing or eliminating errors

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with relevant qualifications in TQM/Environment and Health & Safety is preferred
• 6+ years of experience in development and implementation of Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management System and preferably in engineering field
• Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 / ISO45001 audits
• IRCA Lead Auditor is preferred
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
• Good team player, strong self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office and SharePoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good command of Putonghua is an advantage
