Responsibilities:

• Assist Duty Project Manager of the project management activities 
• Peer review of the service quality of systems deployment 
• Oversee and control the project progress, and ensure the proposed technology to meet with tender requirement especially on Virtualization Server cluster, Storage, Backup solution and Anti-Virus Solution 
• Assist in the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of equipment installation, relocation and site preparation works 
• Provide demonstration and training on performing housekeeping duties of the special systems to the designated staff 
• Ad hoc projects and assignments 

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines 
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a technical support role 
• Experienced in infrastructure project, such as server upgrade, installation, migration. 
• Experience in Windows Server 2012 or above and VMware 
• MCITP is an added advantage 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with project management experience 
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure 
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
