• To be responsible for submission preparation, drawings, project planning and implementation of automated car parking system project; 
• To review and ensure design for electrical and control systems are up to statutory requirements; 
• To coordinate with sub-contractors and electricians on-site for installation details, monitoring and follow-up site progress; 
• To control the work quality in accordance with the requirements stipulated in the technical specifications and statutory requirements. 

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Electrical Engineering or related discipline; 
• At least 5 years relevant experience in Electrical/ELV/Control/Lift and Escalator related Engineering Project; 
• Familiar with Control Drawings; 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Good Communication in Mandarin is also preferred.
