Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work as a team with different stakeholders to ensure the new project launch and mass production running successfully
- Establish sustainable customer relationships, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Ensure effective communications and successful execution of programs by cross-functional teams
- Responsible for all commercial issues with customers, including order handling and product quotation
- Communicate with customers independently and provide timely support
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduate who interested in EMS industry is welcomed
- On-the-job training and various training will be provided
- Energetic, self-initiated and strong ability to learn with excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Business travel is required after the pandemic
- Less experience will be considered as Program Officer
