Responsibilities:

• Implement service and support plan for pre-sales and / or after-sales services;
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints related to the products and services in professional manner;
• Assist in products and services enhancement by clarifying the customers’ complaint, analyzing the statistical services data and conducting case investigation;
• Responsible for e-CRM and eBusiness system administration;
• Assist to maintain the customer satisfaction is in line with the business objectives;
• Assist to maintain operation manuals, records, reports and etc.;
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Computer Science / Electronic Engineering or related Disciplines;
• 3 years relevant working experience;
• Practical experience in basic colour management and digital printing in office automation industry will be an advantage;
• Strong ability in designing, describing, and managing the solution engineering;
• Excellent customer facing, communication and presentation skills;
• Good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
